Workshop Objectives:
By the end of the workshop, all participants will be able to do:
- Create awareness of the 4 Team Toxins
- Comprehend how using them on a daily basis can destroy teams and relationships
- Review the antidotes which counteract team toxins
- Pick up an antidote and practice
When we'll start the next training (minimum 4 people):
