Community
Internal community participation is helpful, but not sufficient. Therefore, my community participation and leadership occurs outside of my current organisation as well.
In 2018, I founded the first Scrum Alliance User Group in Romania called Agile Coaching and Beyond and invited some of the most famous global speakers in the agile community globally.
